We have used Baxter heat pumps for all our properties for a few years. Adam and Peter in the office are extremely helpful and a pleasure to speak to. Simon and Lewis are extremely experienced engineers who identify and fix problems straight away. They are always very responsive, professional and efficient. As part of our annual service they give us discounted rates for repairs and offer a 24 hour telephone service for engineer advice which is very helpful during cold winter nights!!! Great value for their service and I recommend them very highly.

Exceptional customer service from Adam who is a joy to deal with. My appointment was made swiftly and I received updates on the day. My NIBE Boiler teaching and servicing was completed by Lewis, who was the friendliest and most helpful engineer. Quality all the way!

Simon Baxter is great to deal with (always responds promptly to messages). He serviced our NIBE boiler within 24hrs of contacting him. It’s excellent that once he had carried out the service, he was prepared to offer help and support if needed.

The 2 engineers from Baxter's were great from start to finish. They sorted the problem completely, cleaned & disinfected the entire area and left it spotless. Also very nice, polite and friendly which is always key. I would highly recommend their fantastic service and will only be using them in the future.

My old NIBE heat pump has been overheating and cutting out, not what you need at the coldest time of year. Simon and Adam responded promptly to my request for help. At last a company that can actually fix my Son's Nibe Fighter 200P Heat Pump. They managed to diagnose the fault from information and pictures I sent them when other companies visited site claiming to know all about them but still could not fix it. The engineer that arrived on time on the day agreed was very polite and clean and very meticulous in his work. Thank you very much.

I was really impressed with the service provided by Baxter Heat Pumps. Despite my lack of knowledge and understanding - Simon was incredibly patient and helpful from start to finish. Their knowledge and experience of NIBE heat pumps proved invaluable and gave me the reassurance and confidence I needed. Very happy with the service. Despite having to cancel two appointments due to emergency calls, we were always kept informed and service rearranged for a Sat afternoon. Looks as though our electric costs have reduced already after changes made during service.
