The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced servicing and maintenance engineer with a strong technical knowledge of air source, ground source, and exhaust heat pump systems.

The Role

  • Repairing and maintaining Ground, Air, and Exhaust Air Heat Pumps for our clients.
  • Undertaking servicing, fault finding, and repairs on various heat pump appliances to ensure the safety and comfort of our customers.
  • Working closely with and maintaining effective communication with customers.
  • Submitting site reports promptly and efficiently.
  • Reporting activities to the Service Support Team to ensure optimal availability and productivity.
  • Collaborating with the Service Support Team and other Engineers.
  • Maintaining a professional demeanour with customers to uphold and enhance the company’s image.
  • Demonstrating awareness of health and safety protocols, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Exhibiting excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Being proficient in computer usage.
  • Holding a Level 2 City & Guilds plumbing and heating/NVQ level 2 qualification.
  • F-Gas Qualified (not essential).
  • Possessing a full driving license.
  • Having prior experience in a similar role.
  • Being open to travel.
